Skiing inside a National Park

Badger Pass sits at 7,200 feet on Glacier Point Road, deep inside Yosemite National Park. The drive in is half the experience — granite domes, sequoia groves, and the cathedral of Yosemite Valley below.

A free shuttle runs daily from Yosemite Valley Lodge and Curry Village, so you don't even need a car at the resort. Most visitors stay one or two nights in the park or in nearby Yosemite West and ski Badger Pass as part of a winter getaway.
