From greens to blues
Next Step is built for the post-beginner moment. You've taken Master the Slopes or Introduction (or you taught yourself enough to survive green runs), and now you want to move up — to ride blue terrain confidently, to make linked parallel turns, to handle steeper pitches without your form falling apart.
This package gets you there with two structured lessons and the practice time in between to consolidate.
What you'll work on
- Parallel turn shaping — moving from the wedge/pizza turn to linked parallels
- Edge control on steeper terrain
- Speed control without resorting to the wedge as a brake
- Body position for varied terrain — flatter, steeper, choppier
- Where to point your eyes down the fall line vs at the snow in front of you
What's included
- Lift ticket for the day (all lifts — you'll be skiing the full mountain)
- Equipment rental (or use your own gear and save the rental fee)
- Two structured intermediate-level lessons
How to know if you're ready for this vs a beginner package
Quick self-test: Can you ride the chairlift comfortably and ski the greens at Badger Pass without falling more than a couple of times? Can you stop where you want to stop, not where the slope decides? If yes, Next Step is the right package. If you're still struggling on greens, take Introduction or Master the Slopes first.
